MH Supply Chain Ltd (MHSCL), the joint venture between Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd (Motherson), has appointed its management team, with the leaders assuming their roles in October 2026 as the company commenced operations.

The leadership team comprises Gordon Barnard as Chief Executive Officer, Prashant Goyal as Chief Operating Officer, Arun Parackal as Chief Digital Officer, and Nayan Malpani as Chief Financial Officer. The appointments bring together operational, digital and regional expertise from both parent organisations.

Barnard and Parackal previously held leadership roles at Hellmann IMEA, serving as Chief Commercial Officer and VP Customer Excellence and Digital Transformation & Innovation, respectively. Goyal joins from Motherson, where he was Chief Operating Officer – Logistics, while Malpani previously served as CFO at Alpha Shipping.

The joint venture was announced in March 2026 to address the growing complexity of global automotive supply chains. As vehicle manufacturing becomes increasingly international and interconnected, manufacturers and suppliers are seeking integrated, flexible and digitally enabled logistics solutions.

According to the International Organisation of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA), global vehicle production reached 96.4 million units in 2025, marking a 3.9% increase year on year. MHSCL aims to respond to evolving supply-chain requirements by combining Hellmann’s global logistics network and 3PL and 4PL capabilities with Motherson’s expertise in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly and Logistics (D.E.M.A.L.). The partnership is intended to provide a foundation for scalable, end-to-end supply-chain solutions across regions.

Regional leadership appointments include Miller Machado for the Americas; Balazs Kalmar for Europe and Special Projects; Renee Abrahamse for the Middle East, Africa and Global EXIM; Rupesh Jha for South East Asia; and Jackey Liu for China.

Ajay Rohira will lead Global 3PL Sourcing and Procurement, while Suruchi Bahal has been appointed HR Director for MHSCL.

“With this leadership team in place, MHSCL is ready to move from set-up into execution. Our focus will be on building a high-performance logistics platform that delivers greater transparency, agility and control for automotive supply chains worldwide,” said Gordon Barnard, Chief Executive Officer of MH Supply Chain Ltd.
