FedEx, the world’s largest express transportation company, has launched its advanced monitoring and intervention solution, FedEx Surround®, in India. Leveraging AI-powered predictive analytics, near-real-time shipment visibility, and advanced handling capabilities, the solution aims to enhance supply chain management for businesses across various sectors, including healthcare, aerospace, and high-tech products.

FedEx Surround® offers three service levels—Select, Preferred, and Premium—designed to ensure shipment integrity and timely delivery for sensitive cargo. Key benefits include:
