The rebranding follows the completion of a Merger-Demerger scheme sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai. The operations of KLPL have been seamlessly integrated into KSH Integrated Logistics Pvt. Ltd., previously known as Kamal Diesels Pvt Ltd, a sister entity.
