MariApps Marine Solutions, a leading provider of digital ship management solutions, has entered into a significant agreement with A.P. Moller – Maersk (Maersk), a global giant in integrated logistics. The deal will see Maersk deploying MariApps’ next-generation ship management tool, PAL NG, across its entire owned container fleet.

PAL NG, a successor to smartPAL, stands out for its scalability, flexibility, resilience, and efficiency, setting a new industry benchmark.
PAL NG features a robust suite of over 30 integrated modules, providing ship owners the capability to manage their fleets from a single platform, optimised for both shore-based and vessel users. This holistic approach promises to revolutionise ship management by consolidating multiple systems into one seamless, scalable solution.
Maersk will implement PAL NG on its fleet of more than 330 owned container vessels, a move aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and user experience. “Operational excellence is a key strategic priority of ours, and we are constantly on the lookout for technology and innovation that can improve efficiency and the ways we work. By updating our platform for our fleet of more than 300 owned vessels, we will not only streamline our processes but also significantly enhance the user experience for our teams both onboard and ashore,” stated Kristian Brauner, Head of Fleet Operations West at A.P.
