TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has strengthened its footprint in southern India with the acquisition of a 3 lakh sqft facility in Kochi, marking its first foray into Kerala. This move positions TVS ILP as the first pan-India developer to enter the state, further establishing its reputation as a leader in Grade A industrial infrastructure.
The new facility, located on a 10-acre site in Edayar, is strategically placed to cater to the growing needs of the FMCG and e-commerce sectors. Its prime location offers enhanced warehousing solutions, designed to meet the evolving demands of businesses operating in these industries.
TVS ILP’s Kochi Park is designed with an emphasis on both operational efficiency and sustainability. Features include 12-meter high clear height, 24/7 operational capabilities, LED lighting, and solar-powered installations, underscoring the company’s commitment to eco-friendly practices.
