In order to ensure the timely connection of EXIM cargo containers, the Indian Railways has commenced six time-tabled container train services connecting Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) to MMLP Khapri, Dadri Tughlakabad, Sanat Nagar, and Kanpur.
This scheduled running of trains will help the trade in ensuring timely connection of EXIM cargo containers between JNPT and various logistics connection points across the country.
Scheduled routes
- Daily service from MMLP Khapri (PCPK) to JN Port. Time of Departure – 23:10 hours
- Daily service from JN Port to Dadri. Time of Departure – 05:35 hours
- Tri-weekly (Tue, Thu, Sat) from Tughlakabad to JN Port. Time of Departure – 03:00 hours
- Daily service from Sanat Nagar (CSTN) to JN Port. Time of Departure – 02:50 hours
- Tri-weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri) from Dadri to JN Port. Time of Departure – 00:30 hours
- Tri-weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri) from Kanpur (CPC) to JN Port. Time of Departure – 15:20 hours
