Saudia Cargo has signed a new Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) with Swissport International, appointing them as the official ground-handling agent at Nairobi Airport. This strategic partnership is set to enhance Saudia Cargo’s operations by streamlining ground-handling processes, thereby minimising transit times and ensuring that cargo reaches its destinations in optimal condition.

Swissport will manage all aspects of ground support at Nairobi Airport, including cargo handling, loading and unloading, and the specialised care required for temperature-sensitive products. Mohanned Badri, Vice President of Operations at Saudia Cargo, emphasised the significance of this collaboration, stating, “Swissport brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will play a crucial role in our operations at Nairobi Airport. We are delighted to extend our partnership with them.”
