CJ Darcl Logistics, a prominent multimodal logistics company, has secured over 1.25 lakh square feet of warehousing space in the Narasapura Industrial and Logistics Park in Bengaluru. This lease agreement, extending over nine years, underscores a strategic move to enhance CJ Darcl’s warehousing and distribution capabilities. The park, developed by IndoSpace, spans 64 acres and is situated 54 kilometres from Bengaluru city centre.
The Narasapura Industrial and Logistics Park has earned the prestigious Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum Rating, highlighting IndoSpace’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. This accolade reflects the park’s adherence to high standards of sustainability and operational efficiency.
