Allcargo Gati Limited anticipates a significant surge in shipment volumes during the upcoming festive season, prompting the company to enhance its supply chain capabilities to meet the heightened demand. To ensure efficient order processing and delivery, Allcargo Gati has bolstered its technological advancements and increased manpower across its sorting and fulfillment centers. Additionally, the company has strengthened its last-mile delivery operations, targeting improved efficiency in handling time-sensitive, volume-driven demands.
Collaborating with multinational brands and key players in e-commerce and quick commerce, Allcargo Gati has launched expanded last-mile delivery services for major e-commerce companies in various locations across Maharashtra and West Bengal. The company operates 15 strategically located mother hub sorting centers optimised to exceed their regular capacity during the festive rush, thereby ensuring seamless service to its e-commerce clients.
To address the anticipated surge in orders, Allcargo Gati has expanded its pool of staffing solutions, adding six more manpower supply services. The company plans to hire over 3,000 personnel in various operational roles, with additional recruitment expected in response to increasing demand. Enhancements at its sorting and fulfillment centers include the installation of double deep racking, conveyors, advanced handheld terminals, and other digitisation efforts, all aimed at boosting capacity, productivity, and operational efficiency. Additionally, Allcargo Gati has adopted data-driven route optimisation solutions to expedite last-mile deliveries amid the festive season peak.

Surface Transshipment Centre (STC) in Farukh Nagar, and additional STCs in Indore, Nagpur, Guwahati, and Bengaluru. These facilities collectively offer enhanced reach and capacity to the company’s customers.
