Magenta Mobility, an integrated electric mobility solutions provider, has inaugurated a new office and charging depot in Bhiwandi. This strategic move, named Project 302 after Bhiwandi’s pincode, highlights the company’s commitment to decarbonising logistics and expanding its services within the region. Known as one of India’s largest warehousing hubs, Bhiwandi is an ideal location for Magenta Mobility’s latest venture.
The new facility will deploy an initial fleet of 500 electric vehicles (EVs), including both three-wheelers and four-wheelers, using a hub-and-spoke model to cater to the growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions. The company plans to hire approximately 200 local delivery executives to operate these vehicles. Additionally, a dedicated charging hub will be established to support the electrification of the fleet, transforming the office into a comprehensive EV hub and creating local employment opportunities.

Magenta Mobility currently operates 11 offices in 10 cities across India. The new Bhiwandi office is the fourth location in Maharashtra, complementing its existing offices in Mumbai and Pune. This expansion underscores Magenta Mobility’s vision to provide integrated, sustainable logistics solutions to a broad range of sectors, including e-commerce, FMCG, FCMD, and logistics.
